It’s  “ a  pleasure  dealing  with  you ”

ridinger-niemeyer  gathers  praise  on  the  internet , too

“ … and I wish to thank you for packing it so carefully … ”

(Mr. P. M., August 28, 2003)

(Mr. J. R. L., September 12, 2003)

“ Sir, yes, (the Rubens) is closer to the one in London (recte Dresden), but the one we have is on copper. Thank you for your time. Highest regards, D… A… (and yes America could use a blessing about now) ”

(Mr. D. A., November 4, 2003)

„ Hartelijk dank voor de zorgvulige wijze … Voor mij bent u de Mercedes onder de prentenhandelaren! “

(Mijnheer P. E., 24. Januar 2008)

“ Just received the James Figg item safely today. I have a couple questions. Art in general is new to me so I‘m asking you to educate me on this item … First of all I‘m happy with the item, just trying to understand it better … Thanks again ”

(Mr. A. C., March 27, 2008)

„ Beste heer Niemeyer, Hartelijk dank voor de snelle terugboeking (concerning a bill paid for already one year ago). Zoiets schept altijd vertrouwen! Beste groeten “

(Mijnheer P. E., 3. Februar 2009)

And how does niemeyer’s react if they think an item may finally not come up to the customer’s expectation ?

“ Yet I am not sure if I should suggest you purchasing this copy as I think you are – and rightly so – quite quality-aware about these things. Frankly, while optically appearing fine again the overall state of preservation is not up to our own general standard as also reflected by its price tag and the piece came into stock here only as part of a larger purchase. It probably would be in the better interest of both of us to wait for a perfect copy coming along.
Looking forward to hearing from you again, best regards … ”

(niemeyer’s to Mr. M. P., December 6, 2008)
